Due to the perishable and custom-made nature of our fresh bakery products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered and received. Customers are encouraged to inspect their order at the time of delivery to ensure it is in satisfactory condition. If an incorrect item is delivered or a product is found to have a clear defect, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide appropriate photographic evidence for review. If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we may offer a suitable resolution at our discretion, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or store credit. This policy is governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.
