Orders may be canceled only before preparation has begun and preferably at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup time; once preparation has started, cancellations are not permitted due to the perishable and custom-made nature of our products. For large or customized orders, a non-refundable deposit may apply if previously agreed upon. Cancellation requests must be submitted through our official contact channels, and confirmation of cancellation is valid only after written approval from Louai Kassad Cake. This policy is governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.
